History

Stone has been recently established by Ian Walters, an experienced Construction Professional and Chartered Builder with over 20 years experience within the Industry. His extensive experience is extended as necessary to obtain services provided by other specialists (such as mechanical & electrical, structural, accoustic and commissioning personnel to name a few) only when required. This greatly assists in keeping overall costs down and allows for a totally flexible service.

It can then be difficult to get the builder to return to the property to correct them, once they have left site.

Why not get an independent, professionally qualified person to inspect the property, before you move in and end up living with the problems?

We will prepare a detailed schedule of defects and snags to be corrected and can even negotiate their correction direct with the builder for you.
